Shimla is the capital of the northern Indian state of Himachal Pradesh, in the Himalayan foothills. Once the summer capital of British India, it remains the terminus of the narrow-gauge Kalka-Shimla Railway, completed in 1903. It’s also known for the handicraft shops that line The Mall, a pedestrian avenue, as well as the Lakkar Bazaar, a market specializing in wooden toys and crafts.

Fly to Shimla
Assemble at Chennai Kama raj domestic airport at 4.30 am. Departure to Delhi by Air India (AI 440) at 6.10 am. Arrive Delhi at 8.55 am. On arrival transfer to Shimla. Shimla was the former summer capital of British India, set amidst the snow capped Shivalik Mountains. This offers some of the most stunning views of the mighty Himalayas. On arrival at Shimla check-in to hotel. Overnight stay at the Hotel in Shimla.
This day after breakfast proceed for in and around sightseeing of SHIMLA, visit KUFRI, India one of the best holiday paradises Kufri in Shimla is beautifully tucked on an altitude of 2,622 meter. The place is a tourist hotspot for its awesome scenic and sports activities. Evening free to stroll in the famous shopping place of Shimla town – “THE MALL & THE RIDGE” This large open space in the heart of town presents excellent views of the mountain ranges. Shimla landmarks - the neo- gothic structure of Christ Church and the neo - Tudor library building – are worth seeing. Overnight stay at hotel.
Head to Manali
After breakfast leave for Manali, on the way sight-seeing like Sunder Agar Lake, Pandoh dam, Vaishno Devi Temple and overnight stay in Manali.
This day after breakfast proceed to Solang valley. Located at a distance of 13 kms from Manali, Solang Valley lies between Solang village and Beas Kund. It offers a beautiful view of glaciers and snow capped mountains. Since the valley has fine ski slopes, it is a perfect place for skiing. In winter, the valley becomes a skiing paradise with children of all ages slipping and sliding over the fresh white snow. When snow melts in the summer, skiing is replaced by parachuting, zorbing, paragliding and horse riding. For snow lovers, the best time to visit Solang Valley is between the months of December to February. In the Evening Visit local sightseeing of Manali “HADIMBADEVI TEMPLE “ Built in 1553 with a superbly crafted four tiered pagoda roof, it is famous for its exquisitely carved doorway .“CLUB HOUSE” The Club House with its comprehensive facilities that include a roller skating rink, an auditorium, billiards rooms, a library, a bar and restaurant makes wonderful outing for the day.” Tibetan Monastery, Van Vihar, and“VASHIST” Well known for its hot springs. After breakfast visit Rohtang Pass Enjoy snow Point and back to Hotel. Rohtangpass Located at a height of 3979 metres and at a distance of 51 kms from Manali, Rohtang Pass is on the highway to Kalong/Leh. In winters, the pass remains closed but is open from June to October for motor vehicles. This pass is a gateway to Lahaul Spiti, Pangi and Leh valley. The best time to visit the pass is between May/June to October/November. In the month of May, Rohtang becomes a hotspot for adventure enthusiasts. Tourists can go for various thrilling activities like snow scooter, skiing and mountain biking. Nature lovers can enjoy beautiful views of glaciers, peaks and Chandra River that flows down in the Lahaul valley.
After breakfast checkout from the hotel, leave for Chandigarh & visit local sight seen such as Rock garden & Sukhna Lake.
The Rock Garden of Chandigarh is a sculpture garden, also known as Nek Chand Rock Garden after its founder Nek Chand, a government official who started the garden secretly in his spare time in 1957. Today it is spread over an area of 40 acres. It is completely built of industrial and home waste and throw-away items. Iconic Rock Garden creator Late Nek Chand, Padma Shri awardee has millions of fans across the globe. The garden is most famous for its sculptures made from recycled ceramic.

It is near Sukhna Lake. It consists of man-made interlinked waterfalls and many other sculptures that have been made of scrap and other kinds of wastes (bottles, glasses, Bangles, tiles, ceramic pots, sinks, electrical waste, etc.) which are placed in walled paths. Back to Delhi
After breakfast Check out from the hotel departure to New Delhi. Arrive early evening in Delhi, check in hotel and free for shopping.
Back to Chennai
After breakfast visit for sightseeing of India Gate, Parliament House, and President House. Lotus Temple. After early lunch transfer to Delhi domestic airport connect Air India (AI 042) at 5. 20 pm Arrive Chennai 8.00 pm back to home.
